The Ozark Highlands Mission
The Ozark Highland Distillers Guild is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization made up of consumers and distillers dedicated to consumer protection and the preservation and growth of the Ozark Highlands spirits in the Ozark Highlands and around the world.
We are committed to:

Our primary focus is the promotion of distilleries within the Ozark Highlands and protecting consumer interests in the quality and sustainability of the Ozark Highlands distilling industry.
We are passionate about protecting the public interest in the preservation of the Ozark Highlands spirit 200-year legacy and quality, and ensuring that consumers worldwide enjoy an amazing first experience with the Ozark Highlands that will continue for years to come.
The preservation of the natural identity of the Ozark Highlands is essential, as is ensuring that the products that bear the name of this beautiful region are true to the natural and sustainable characteristics of the Ozark Highlands.
We believe in the Ozark Highlands and wish to encourage those around the world to come and enjoy these mountains as tourists and consumers. And for those same people to be able to enjoy just a small amount of the Ozark Highlands whenever they sit down to enjoy a fine spirit, a piece that has been distilling for more than 200 years.
Additionally under Missouri law, we are tasked with maintaining the Ozark Highlands spirits certification program.
We do all this through public education and awareness, the support of our Ozark Highland Stewards (of which you can sign up to become one free of charge), and through ensuring accountability by those in the distilling industry to these high quality standards that are common within the industry.
